Maestro Andrei Chevtchouk will have the pleasure of directing the Opera and Castles Festival in the Drôme Valley this summer for the twentieth year. This 2022 edition will reflect the finest age in life: forward-looking, light and festive, showcasing young singers with a program full of vitality, freshness and novelties.

Thursday 30 June at 9 p.m. at the Church of Allex: recital Sacred music by opera composers with Marylin Clément (soprano).

Monday July 4 at 8 p.m. in the Arbres Ecrits district of Crest: concert It's party time in the neighborhood! with the participants of the singing course organized from July 1 to 4 under the direction of Hélène Mazgaj and Andrei Chevtchouk. FREE ENTRANCE.

Tuesday July 5 at 9 p.m. at the Domaine Peylong in Suze-sur-Crest: Operetta recital in the cellar with Jeanne Mendoche (soprano) and Joseph Kauzman (tenor). Aperitif board and wine tasting after the concert, by reservation.

Saturday July 9 at 9 p.m. in the Tour de Crest: The Elixir of Love by Gaetano Donizetti with Jeanne Mendoche (Adina), Joseph Kauzman (Nemorino), Martin Queval (Dulcamara), Jean-Christophe Grégoire (Belcore), Irène Leroy and Céline Mayer (violins) and Andrei Chevtchouk (musical direction and piano). The entire opera will be given on the covered terrace at the top of the Tower. Possibility of a guided tour and a meal before the show, by reservation.

Monday July 11 at 9 p.m. in the courtyard of the Crest music school: second performance of L’Elixir d’amour by Donizetti. Show accessible to people with reduced mobility.

Sunday July 24 at 6 p.m. at La Répara-Auriples church: family concert (violin, piano, singing) with Elena, Anna, Céline and Andrei Chevtchouk. FREE ENTRANCE.

Saturday 30 July at the Château d'Autichamp: Recital for Peace with the Duo Lirico Amoroso (Virginie Besson, soprano - Patrice Berger, baritone). Charity concert for the benefit of the Red Cross.
